Kimchhiv is an intern at the Centre for Education Research and Innovation (CERI) and Centre for Governance and Public Innovation (CGPI) under the CDRI Cohort Internship Programme. She is a senior undergraduate student majoring in International Relations at Paragon International University, with research interests in public policy and governance. Through the CDRI internship, she hopes to gain practical experience in research, especially the ways modern governance shifts affect public service delivery while deepening her analytical skills.

Before joining CDRI, she served as a Junior Research Fellow at Future Forum under an adolescent health policy fellowship, where she authored a policy brief on educational transition gaps for adolescents with disabilities, linking national public finance and policy gaps through evidence synthesis, and stakeholder consultations. She also expanded her legislative and governance exposure through the Information Integrity Training Programme as a trainee at the National Assembly of Cambodia, where she learned about media literacy and shaped her understanding of how information integrity played a role in governance in this digital era.
